Returns & Exchanges

Soie Shop gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date for orders over $25. Orders under $25 will receive store credit. All sales are FINAL for SALE items. Customers need to pay the return/exchange shipping costs.  Invoice # and customer contact information must be included with return/exchange inside the box for expedited service.

Return/Exchange Procedure

Before returning the package, please request return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by emailing returns@soieshop.com.

Our representative will review your request within 24 hours and issue the RMA number per our return policy. Once, the RMA number is issued please write the RMA # clearly on the package.  Once the package is received, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the confirmation of your return.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
